Where to stay

Calthorpe Court is our closest Birmingham City University accommodation to the City South Campus. It’s about a 25-minute walk or is an easy commute via public transport. Athena Studios and Battery Park is our other accommodation south of the city centre. This popular area is right next door to Edgbaston, which has a range of greenspaces and home to Warwickshire County Cricket Club. Edgbaston Stadium also regularly hosts the England Cricket team, making it a great place to watch live sport. This popular area is also close to the University of Birmingham, meaning you’ll be part of a busy student community and close to all the essentials when it comes to shopping and nights out.

Our city-centre Birmingham City uni accommodation offers the easiest commute for students studying at the City North Campus. There are regular buses to campus, making it easy to get to lectures and the library, and you’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits of living in the centre of town. Mary Sturge, Lakeside, Jennens Court and Harriet Martineau are all walking distance from some of the city’s best bars, shopping centres and music venues. Birmingham New Street station is also in the city centre, making it easy to travel home for the holidays or visit friends at other universities around the country.
