Property features

Located in the heart of the city, and just a 10-minute walk from campus the University of Bristol campus, Favell House is perfectly placed for making the most of Bristol student life.

Home to 234 students, all rooms here are non en-suite, which means you’ll share your bathroom and kitchen, which has space for socialising with your flatmates.

Away from your room there’s a communal study room and a convenience store on the ground floor. You’ll also have access to the social spaces and events at neighbouring Waverley House and the Rackhay.

The waterfront location of Favell House is hard to beat. The property backs onto Welsh Back and the river, where you’ll find a cider pub and burger joint, both on boats. The bustling bars of Kings Street are right around the corner, as is the newly renovated Bristol Old Vic theatre. And for something more relaxed, head over to Queen Square, a popular retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city - when its not playing host to markets, outdoor theatre, and live music of course.
