Sugarhouse Close is our Heriot-Watt accommodation west of the city centre. Alongside the abundance of bars, restaurants and amenities, students living here will be right next door to the Museum of Edinburgh and a short walk from the National Museum of Scotland if they want to take in some culture during their studies. You will also be close to a swimming pool and sports complex with a gym. This is great for students keen on staying fit during their short breaks from libraries or nightclubs. In the city centre, you’ll find buses and taxis running regularly up to Heriot-Watt University campus, making it easy to commute in for lectures and study sessions.
The Old Printworks and Salisbury Court are just south of the city centre. Living here will put you close to the busy S Clerk Street, where you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to bars, restaurants, takeaways, and budget supermarkets. Starbucks and Papa Johns are a matter of minutes away, which could be a lifesaver during those post-night out lazy days. The Bridge House and Chalmers Street are our Heriot-Watt University accommodation west of the city, and closest to campus. This is a great place to live if you like being close to green spaces where you can meet with friends during the summer months. The Meadows is a beautiful park that is a great place for walks, or you can use the many sports pitches, including tennis courts.
