Our premium, modern Loughborough University accommodation, Waterways, has social and study spaces, CCTV and 24/7 assistance, and contents insurance covering your valuables for loss, theft or damage. You will also have plenty of options when it comes to your flat. You can choose to live with 2-5 people, and we have basic, premium and classic en-suite bedrooms available. Home to 179 students, The Waterways is a very sociable Loughborough uni accommodation and is a great place to make friends and meet new people.

It’s also a great place to stay if you want to be close to university. Waterways is just a 20-minute walk from Loughborough University, perfect for helping you make it in for those early morning lectures or late-night study sessions. The town centre will also be a short walk from your accommodation, where you’ll find high street stores like Topshop, Primark and New Look, along with a range of bars and nightclubs, including Revolution. Loughborough Town Hall is a great place to watch theatre, comedy and live music, and CrossFit Loughborough is just a little further up the canal.

You may find you want to travel to larger nearby cities from time to time, our Loughborough University accommodation isn’t far from Loughborough Railway Station, which offers excellent train services to Derby, Nottingham and Leicester.
