Property features

Formerly known as Liberty Point, Mill Point is brilliantly located near the centre of Manchester. Studying at UCFB? Campus is just a 30-minute walk away, and we have a range of rooms reserved exclusively for you, which you can book on the UCFB website. Both the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University are also close by and can be reached in 15 minutes by foot.

Choose to be one of the 712 students living here and you’ll be able to pick from a range of en-suite accommodation. Each room gives you the privacy of your own bathroom and comes with a spacious study desk and plenty of storage. When you’re ready to show off your cooking skills, head to the fully-fitted kitchen and living area that’s shared between your flatmates.

Elsewhere in Mill Point you’ll find comfortable common areas with pool table and a video game area - perfect for some healthy competition among neighbours. When the sun is shining, you’ll also be able to make the most of the outdoor courtyard.

What’s more, the fantastic city centre is less than a mile away. Feeling thirsty? Head to Spinningfields, where you’ll find a range of fantastic pubs and bars. Need to do a bit of shopping? The Central Retail District has hundreds of high street stores that will cater for all your needs. Feel like some culture? Check out the incredible architecture of Manchester Cathedral and the John Rylands Library.
