When can I check in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into My Account. For a quick, easy check-in, book your arrival slot on the Unite Students App. Avoid busy times and get your check-in QR code ready for when you arrive.

Where do I collect my keys?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park?

There's no on-site parking available for check-in. There is limited street access where you can park to unload belongings. If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at Weston Lock Retail Park, where you can park for a maximum of 2 hours
