When can I check in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into My Account. For a quick, easy check-in, book your arrival slot on the Unite Students App. Avoid busy times and get your check-in QR code ready for when you arrive.

Where do I collect my keys?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park?

There's no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 15 minutes on Bolton Street. On the main check-in days, our team will be on Bolton Street to help you park. One person must stay with the car while unloading and no parking is allowed on Skelhorne Street - this is for taxis only and is usually manned by parking attendants. If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at St John's Precinct.
