Where to stay

Brass Founders, Archways, and Leadmill Point is our closest Sheffield Hallam accommodation to the main campus. If a short walk into uni is your priority, this is the place to be. You’ll be less than 5-minutes away from your library and lecture halls, helping you make it in for those early morning starts and late study sessions. You’ll also be living in the busy city centre, which is close to the best shops, restaurants and music venues. The O2 Academy and Sheffield City Hall are known for hosting local and national talent, so keep an eye out for upcoming events.

Westhill Halland The Anvil are other Sheffield Hallam University accommodation options close to the city centre. Here, you’ll also have easy access to the city’s best amenities, including a Primark, JD Sports and The Light Cinema that you’ll find literally over the road. These halls are also close to the University of Sheffield Campus – if you have friends who go there you want to be close to. Alongside the amenities, you’ll also find all your student essentials. The city centre has a PureGym where you can get discounted student memberships, and there is an Aldi where you can pick up all your food and drink on a budget.

We also have Sheffield Hallam student accommodation in a popular student area south of the city centre. The Forge and The Forge 2 are found in an area known as Little Sheffield, which is quieter than the centre but still has all the essentials you’ll need close by. There is a good selection of bars, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance, and there is also an Aldi making it easy to get your shopping done. All of our Sheffield Hallam accommodation has great links around the city, making it easy to get to campus, go see friends or head out for a night in town.
