Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You'll receive a fob on arrival at the property which you can collect from reception. This will give you access to your flat, room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
The main reception is located on the ground floor as you come through the main entrance doors.

Common room
The common room features comfy bean bags and a sofa, a large wall-mounted TV, table, chairs, book shelf, 6ft pool table, coffee machine and vending machine. The common room is located on the ground floor as you come in through the main reception.

Study space
On-site printing is available.

Cleaning
Communal vaccums are available for use. These are located on the ground floor by the stairs of Block A and Block B.

Outside space
Athena Studios has a garden area with tables, benches and a ping pong table that you're able to use freely.

Parking
There is no parking on-site.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Athena Studios and is located in the garden. If you're planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling is located at the front of the building.

Fire test time
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located in the car park.
