Where do I collect my key?

You'll receive a fob on arrival at the property which you can collect from collect from the marquee beside the building. This will give you access to your flat, room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

The main reception is located on Aston Street, next to Costa Coffee and opposite Aston University Main Building.

Common room
The common room for all blocks of Harriet Martineau is located in Block D1 on the ground floor. The common room has table tennis, a foosball table, sofa, a TV and a vending machine.

Study space
There is a study room located on the ground floor of D1 in Harriet Martineau.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor of D1 in Harriet Martineau. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
Harriet Martineau is located adjacent to Aston University's open landscaped campus.

Parking
Parking is not available at Harriet Martineau.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Harriet Martineau. It is located outside Block D1. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Harriet Martineau. Bin bays are located outside Block D1, and between Block D2 and D3.

Fire test time
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is at the Aston University entrance.
