Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You'll receive a fob on arrival at the property which you can collect from reception. This will give you access to your flat, room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
The main reception is located on the ground floor through the main entrance doors.

Common room
The common room is located in block B on level -1 and the ground floor. The common room has a foosball table, several sofas, two pool tables and two TV areas. There is also a TV room located next to the main reception. You'll also find an amphitheatre located next to the TV room.

Study space
There are six study areas located within Staniforth House. These are located on the 7th and 8th floor of block A and the 9th floor of block B.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
Staniforth House has a terrace located on 9th floor with entrances from both block B and block A. The Atrium is located next to the amphitheatre and the lower garden area is accessible through the -1 Common Room in block B.

Parking
Parking is not available at Staniforth House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Staniforth House, located by the outside bin area that can be accessed through block A next the reception or through block B directly as you enter. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Staniforth House. They can be accessed through block A next to the reception or through block B directly as you enter.

Fire test time
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is at Lawson Street.
