Just off College Green and Brandon Hill - green spaces in the centre of Bristol - Brunel House is in a central location with fantastic transport links and just 10 minutes’ walk from Bristol Bus Station and less than 6 minutes’ walk to Bristol University Campus and nearby Park Street.

Reception
Our friendly reception will be open 8am - 8pm.
Common Room
Brunel House has two common rooms with TVs, pool table, ping pong, sofas and study rooms.
Laundry Facilities
The laundry room is located in the common room on the ground floor. Machines are operated through the MyUnite app.
Outside Space
There is an outdoor space with seating areas.
Parking
There is no onsite parking at Brunel House.
Bike Storage
Bike storage is available at Brunel House. If you are planning on bringing your bike then please remember to bring your own bike lock.
Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Brunel House.
Fire Test Day
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is located at the car park on Frog Lane, opposite Brunel House.
Key Type
You will receive a key and fob on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.
Emergencies
Our Emergency Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call 0300 303 1611 for assistance.

Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception when you check in. Just come straight to the main reception with your photo ID and they will have the keys ready and waiting for you.

Where can I park and unload my car?

Limited parking is located onsite as a drop off service with 10 minutes maximum stay. As parking is limited, customers are asked to unload and then move their car to the car park on Frog Lane, Bristol, BS1 5UY, 11 spaces, maximum stay 2 hours or St George's Road, Bristol, BS1 5UU, 248 spaces, maximum stay 4 hours.

When can I move into Brunel House?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your tenancy start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.
If you are going to be arriving much later than the start of your tenancy, just let us know and we will arrange for someone to be there to greet you and make sure you get the keys to your new home. If you are planning to move in outside of our reception opening hours, please contact our emergency contact centre on 0300 303 1611
