Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
Brunel House has two common rooms located on the ground floor past reception, with TVs, a pool table, ping pong table, sofas and seating areas.

Study space
There are two study areas available for you to use. The first study space is on the 4th floor in A Block. The second study space is on the ground floor next to the common room. Both study spaces are open 24 hours a day and have printing facilities and a desk for quiet work.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in B block on the ground floor. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is an outdoor space with seating areas.

Parking
There is no on-site parking at Brunel House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Brunel House. It is located in the car park past the archway. You will need to register your bike at reception, they will also add the Bike Store access to your key card. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
There are recycling facilities, general waste, and glass recycling facilities located in the bin store, which is located on your right as you exit reception. Each bin is clearly marked for use. We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation points, food banks, food waste and small electrical appliance recycling facilities. Please keep an eye out for them in the main reception and common room areas.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is located to the right of the gate outside the building.
