Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in, but you'll be able to park at the back of the building to unload belongings for a maximum of 5-10 minutes and then move to a nearby car park.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Laundry facilities
There is one main laundry room at Cherry Court located in B block, and another on the Ground floor in C block. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Parking
There is no car parking available at Cherry Court, but there is limited pay and display parking available on Cherry Lane.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Cherry Court located by the front entrance. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Cherry Court located to the left of the building. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located outside the building, across the road.
