Cherry Court is located just next door to Stokes Croft; Bristol’s cultural quarter where you’ll find great places to eat and drink – keep walking past Stokes Croft and you’ll come to Gloucester Road – lined with independent shops and cafés. The city centre is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Cherry Court where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and cinemas. There is also a Tesco Express just around the corner. Bristol's main bus station is less than 5 minutes away offering easy access to UWE and The University of Bristol.

Facilities at Cherry Court

Reception
Our friendly reception will be open 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Laundry Facilities
There are two laundry rooms at Cherry Court. Students can use the laundry machines by downloading the Circuit Laundry app and topping up their account online.
Parking
There is no car parking available at Cherry Court. Please speak to the reception team for any local parking facilities or your University for on campus parking.
Bike Storage
Bike storage is available at Cherry Court – if you are planning on bringing your bike then please remember to bring your own bike lock.
Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Cherry Court. Please take care not to contaminate with different types of refuse.
Fire Test Day
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located outside the building, across the road.
Key Type
You will receive a key on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.
Emergencies
Our Emergency Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call 0300 303 1611 for assistance.

Important information for check-in day at Cherry Court

Where do I collect my key?

You will need to go to Reception to check-in. Once you have checked in you will receive your key in the form of a key.

Where can I park and unload my car?

On check-in day you will be able to park at the back of Blenheim Court for 5-10 minutes while you unload your car. Once you have unloaded you will be required to move your car to a nearby car park to make room for other students to unload. The St James Barton car park is nearby and costs from £4.50.

When can I move into Cherry Court?

You can move in at any point between the start of your tenancy and up to four weeks later. Got an Android or iOS phone? Tell us when you plan to arrive in the free MyUnite app.
Download the app, select Check-in day from the main menu, and choose your preferred date and time. Not sure when your tenancy starts? Your start date is displayed in the app as you go through this process.
Need to change your arrival date or time? Just go back to the app and edit your choices. And don't worry if you get delayed on moving day, we’ll get you settled whenever you arrive.
