Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive 2 key fobs on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 10 minutes. Marketgate reception is on Bond Street South, and the back entrance is accessible by car on Redcross Street .

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is newly refurbished and has a pool table, table tennis, wide screen TV, comfy sofas and vending machines. The perfect place to relax! There are also two large study areas.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor by reception. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Parking
There is no parking on-site. There are a few spaces on-site which are reserved for customers with access needs. Very near to the property there are a few large car parks, including the Cabot Circus car park.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Marketgate. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. Please speak to the reception team to gain access to the Bike Store.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Marketgate. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 3pm. Your fire assembly point is located on Redcross Street.
