Phoenix Court is right opposite Bristol’s main shopping centre, Cabot Circus, where you’ll find everything from famous high-street shops to restaurants and a cinema complex. The property is located on a main bus route, so it's only a 15 minute journey for those studying at the University of the West of England. The University of Bristol campus is just a 15 minute walk away or if you’d prefer to hop on your bike you can take the cycle path just up the road.

Facilities at Phoenix Court

Reception
Our friendly reception will be open 8am - 8pm.
Common Room
Phoenix Court has a great common room with pool table, ping pong and TV. You will also have access to the Marketgate common room which includes a quiet study area.
Laundry Facilities
The laundry room is located in the common room. Machines are operated through the MyUnite app.
Parking
There is no parking available at Phoenix Court. Please speak to the reception team for any local parking facilities or your University for on campus parking.
Bike Storage
Bike storage is available at Phoenix Court – if you are planning on bringing your bike then please remember to bring your own bike lock.
Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Phoenix Court. Please take care not to contaminate with different types of refuse.
Fire Test Day
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 1pm. Your fire assembly point is located at the rear of the building.
Key Type
You will receive a key and fob on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.
Emergencies
Our Emergency Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call 0300 303 1611 for assistance.

Important information for check-in day at Phoenix Court

Where do I collect my key?

You will need to go to Reception to check-in. Once you have checked in you will receive your key in the form of a key card.

Where can I park and unload my car?

Parking is located onsite as a drop off service with a 10 minute maximum stay. As parking is limited, customers are asked to unload and then move their car to Cabot Circus Car Park, Newfoundland St, Bristol BS2 9AB (Monday to Sunday 7am to 5pm: £2.30 for the first hour, then £1 per hour (for the following 6 hours). Over 7 hours £18 per day Monday to Sunday. Evening Tariff - 5pm to 7am: £2).

When can I move into Phoenix Court?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your tenancy start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.
If you are going to be arriving much later than the start of your tenancy, just let us know and we will arrange for someone to be there to greet you and make sure you get the keys to your new home. If you are planning to move in outside of our reception opening hours, please contact our emergency contact centre on 0300 303 1611
