Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
Reception can be found in the main foyer up the stairs.

Common room
Unite House has a common room on the ground floor that includes a pool table, table tennis, TV, comfy seating and study tables. There is also a cinema room through the last set of doors at the end of the common room.

Laundry facilities
There are two laundry rooms, located at the front of the building next to the bike store and the back of the building by the lift. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is an outdoor space with seating areas and table tennis.

Parking
There is no parking available at Unite House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Unite House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Unite House. There are general waste, mixed recycling and glass recycling facilities located outside, up the hill, on the left hand side of the building.

We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation points, food banks, food waste and battery recycling facilities. Please keep an eye out for these in the common room areas.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located outside The Hatchet pub on Frogmore Street.
