Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at reception, where you will receive your fob and key on arrival at the property. The fob will let you in the pedestrian gate to the courtyard, your block and your flat and the metal key will let you into your room.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is parking available for check-in on-site.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Laundry facilities
There is a laundry room located inside the courtyard next to F Block - it is accessible 24/7. Machines are operated through the Circuit Laundry App.

Outside space
There are benches in the courtyard which are free for all residents to use. You can access the courtyard by using your fob on the green pedestrain gate.

Parking
There are parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis.

Recycling
General waste, mixed waste and food waste recycling are all disposed of at Brook Hall. All waste bins can be found in the courtyard area.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 12pm. The fire assembly point is located on the courtyard and road across from main gates.
