Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

When you arrive you will be greeted by a member of the team who will guide you towards the check-in desk. When you reach the check-in desk the team will sign you in, give you your contactless keycard, and answer any questions you have. You can use this keycard to access your room and all communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area

The common room is located in Block A and includes a PS4, pool tables, foosball table, and plenty of space to relax in.

Study space
There are desk spaces available in the common room.

Gym
The gym is located on the ground floor of Block C and is equipped with cardio and weights. It is available to use 24/7 at no extra charge. To use it you will need to sign out a gym fob at reception, which you exchange your room key for.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in Block A. The machines are operated by Circuit Laundry and you can top-up via the Circuit Laundry app.

Outside space
There are beautiful landscaped gardens with mature trees and lawns, a seating area, and a pavilion.

Parking
There is no on-site parking available at Adam Street Gardens.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Adam Street Gardens and is located to the rear of the property near Block D. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are provided at Adam Street Gardens towards the rear of the property.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 10am and your fire assembly point is located in the car park at the rear of the site (Davis Street).
