Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key and fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in, but there is nearby parking at Trenchard Street, West End, BS1 5AN.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
Chantry Court has a common room on the ground floor as you come in through Denmark Street. This common area comes with a study space, ping pong table and sofas. There's also a TV area where you can relax and connect your laptops to the TV to do presentations and group work, watch films or play Xbox with the games we have at reception.

Study space
There are study tables in the common room with a TV for presentations.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in the common room. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is a picnic table by the main entrance of Chantry Court.

Parking
There is no parking available at Chantry Court. Please speak to the reception team for any local parking facilities, or talk to your university for on campus parking.

Bike storage
There is bike storage available on the first floor by the lift which is accessed with your key fob. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Chantry Court. There are general waste, mixed recycling and glass recycling facilities located in the bin store through the door on your left by the ping pong table, and each bin is clearly marked for use.

We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation points, food banks, food waste and battery recycling facilities. Please keep an eye out for these in the main reception and common room areas. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 11.30am. Your fire assembly point is located at the back of the Hippodrome.
