Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's no on site parking for check-in, but you can unload belongings for 20 minutes. If you need to find your nearest car park, why not try Parkopedia?

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
Located in the reception area in Block A, the common room includes a TV, PlayStation and plenty of space to relax in.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in the reception area. Machines are operated though the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space:
There is an outside green space for socialising.

Parking
There is no parking at Clodien House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Clodien House. There are four open bike sheds located throughout the site close to all blocks. If you are planning to bring your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling are all disposed of at Clodien House in different bin areas located throughout the site and close to each block.

Fire test time and meeting point
Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 2.45pm and your fire assembly point is located at the space outside Block A, next to reception.
