Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card and room key on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas. You will also receive an additional key for your post box.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
Elvet Studios has a newly refurbished common room with an adjacent study area with a large TV, and a lovely relaxing area with comfy corner sofa and large TV.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located next to the common room. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a seating area with benches outside.

Parking
Customer parking is not available at Elvet Studios, however there is pay and display parking opposite.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Elvet Studios. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Elvet Studios. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish. The bin store is behind the common room.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 10am. Your fire assembly point is located at the front of building.
