Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas. You will receive a separate key for your post box.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There are several common areas across Rushford court which will accomodate both large and small groups.

Study room
There is a large, quiet area to study away from your flat on the ground floor. In addition to this we have individual study rooms, suitable for some alone time or music practice / lessons.

Movie room
Located in Block A opposite the common room kitted out with comfy bean armchairs and sofas. Booking slots are available at reception.

Gym
The gym is located on the ground floor and has lots of different equipment, including a treadmill, cross trainer and free weights. Booking slots are available at reception.

Games room
The games room is located in our main A block where you will find a PS4, table tennis and a pool table

Laundry facilities
The laundry rooms at Rushford Court is located in Block A and left hand side of block C. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
Rushford Court holds landscaped garden areas with several sitting areas and a central courtyard within A Block.

Parking
Customer parking is not available at Rushford Court.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Rushford Court. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling Recycling facilities are available at Rushford Court, with recycling bins in each flat. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 10am. Your fire assembly point is located outside the front gates on the grass.
