Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a room key and post box key on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The Old Printworks has a common room located just off the main reception area which has a seating area, TV, PS4 and donation library.

Study space
There is a study space available located just off the main reception which is accessible 24 hours a day, with printing facilities and desks for quiet work.

Gym
There is a gym with four cardio machines and a free weights area.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in Block A opposite the ground floor lobby. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There are two courtyards to the rear of the property with plants and bench seating.

Parking
There is no on-site parking available. The closest car park is on Parkside Street, off St Leonards Street.

Bike storage
Indoor bike storage is available at The Old Printworks in the courtyard by Block C. There's some outside rails too. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
There are general waste, mixed recycling, food waste and glass recycling facilities in our bin store. We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation points in the laundry room, a food bank donation point in the common room and small electrical recycling in the study room.

Fire test time
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Fire alarms are tested every Monday at 2.30pm. Your fire assembly point is in the courtyard behind Block B.
