Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a pool table, table tennis, study room, vending machine, TV and PS4, and is situated on the ground floor of Block B. Block B can be accessed from all blocks via the lower courtyard.

Study space
There is a private study area within the common room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located opposite the common room. Machines are operated through the Circuit Laundry App.

Outside space
The are two areas of grass with picnic benches and badminton net.

Parking
There are 20 parking spaces available at a cost of £25 per week. Contact glasgow@unitestudents.com to book your space as soon as possible. They are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Kelvin Court next to the laundry room. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Kelvin Court. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish. We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation points and food banks. Look out for these in our laundry room and reception.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located on the pavement opposite reception.
