Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at reception, where you will receive your fob and room key. You can use your fob to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
Located on the ground floor of Block A, the common room includes a TV, pool table, foosball, gaming station and plenty of space to relax in.

Study space
There are interactive study spaces with TVs.

Laundry facilities
There is a laundry room located on the ground floor of Block H. Machines are operated through the Circuit laundry app.

Parking
There are limited parking spaces available for residents located at the back of the building. These are charged at £15 per week. Contact glasgow@unitestudents.com to book your space as soon as possible. They are allocated on a first come, first served basis. There are also spaces available for pre-arranged visitors in the courtyard.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Kyle Park House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. Bikes are stored beside Block A, C and G.

Recycling
General waste, mixed waste and food waste recycling are all disposed of at Kyle Park House in our two secured bin stores. We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation points and food banks. Look out for these in our common room and reception.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 11am. Your fire assembly points are located in the rear car park and the pavement opposite reception.
