Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's no on site parking available for check-in. If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at CitiPark on Merrion Way.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

The common room includes table tennis, pool tables, karaoke room, yoga room, a TV, study areas and quiet areas for study. There is a bookable kitchen and lounge areas which can be booked out for special occasions.

Study space
There is a large study area on the first floor with bookable private study rooms.

Gym
There is an on-site gym with weights and cardio machines.

Laundry facilities
There is a laundry room on site which is operated through the Circuit Laundry App.

Parking
There is no-on site parking available at White Rose View. Local parking is available at Merrion Centre, First Direct Leeds Arena and Woodhouse Lane.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at White Rose View. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at White Rose View.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 12pm and your fire assembly point is located at Queens Square.
