Just outside the main town area, near De Montfort University and the canal, there are some brilliant little bars like The Hub and Sumo. Catch an intimate gig or DJ set in one of the clubs in this area.

Cycling enthusiasts can find one of the biggest “Critical Mass” bike rides in the UK, part of the national cycle network that runs through the city and along the canal. A great and easy way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
