Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a fob and key on arrival at reception that you can use for your flat, room and for entry to your block.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 20 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
Cedar House shares the Unite Student Village common room, where a free-to-use pool table and vending facilities are available.

Laundry facilities
There is a laundry room on-site. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There are lots of outside areas and benches to use around the property. When the weather is nice, the team holds BBQ events.

Parking
There are parking spaces subject to availability that come at an additional cost. Contact your property team for more information.

Bike storage
Outside Bike storage is available at Cedar House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available on-site.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day and time is Monday at 2pm, and your fire assembly point is located at Cambridge Street car park.
