Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key fob on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings on the main road for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
Grand Central has a common room with lots of comfy sofas, a TV with PS4, a pool table, table tennis and vending machines. Keep an eye out for events held here throughout the year.

Laundry facilities
There are two laundry rooms at Grand Central. One is located by reception and one in Block DEF. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
Grand Central has a brilliant garden area on the ground floor, with astro turf and benches for people to relax outside. Look out for BBQ events being held during the year!

Parking
There is no parking available at Grand Central. Please speak to the reception team for any local parking facilities or talk to your university for on-campus parking.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Grand Central. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
There are recycling facilities on-site.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 11am, and your fire assembly point is located on Skelhorne Street.
