Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is open plan with couches, a large screen television and Netflix.

Study space
The study room is located on the ground floor.

Laundry facilities
The laundry is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the reception and common room. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a garden with benches, table tennis and a snooker table and outside heaters, which is an all-round chillout space.

Parking
There is no parking available at Julian Markham House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Julian Markham House located in the garden. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Julian Markham House, located in the refuse shed in the garden. Please take care to use the correct bin for recycling and refuse respectively.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 10am. Your fire assembly point is located on Hampton Street.
