Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 5 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There is a small common area by reception with comfortable seating, a TV, pool table and table tennis and vending machine.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a courtyard space with a bench.

Parking
Parking is not available at Pacific Court.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Pacific Court. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Pacific Court.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 4pm. Your fire assembly point is located on the corner of Redmans Road to the left of the building.
