Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key and front door key fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Student Living Heights has a bright common room with a widescreen TV, table tennis, sofas for chilling out and a study room area. Keep an eye out for community events taking place in the common room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located just off the common room. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Parking
There is no parking available at Student Living Heights. Please speak to the reception team for any local parking facilities or talk to your university for on-campus parking.

Bike storage is available at Student Living Heights. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located at the top of Fredericks Row, to the right outside of the front of the building.
