Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There is a common room located on the ground floor. The common room includes a TV with access to Netflix.

Study space
Our two study rooms are located on the 1st and 3rd floor with air conditioning units.

Gym
There are 4 gyms within 5 minutes walking distance, one of which belongs to King's College London. Some offer deals for students.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located off of the main common room. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
The building does not come with an outside space however the unique location offers nearby parks and beautiful walks on the Southbank riverside, where you can admire Big Ben, the London Eye and visit street food markets and museums.

Parking
Parking is not available at Wellington Lodge.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available in the basement at Wellington Lodge. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Wellington Lodge. Please take care to place your refuse and recycling in the correct bins provided.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 11am. Your fire assembly point is located on Dodson Street at the back of the building.
