Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will be met at our check-in desk or at reception, where you will receive your key card and post key on arrival at the property. You can use the key card to access the communal areas and your flat and room or studio. The metal key will give you access to your postbox.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in. There are pay and display bays at the front of the building.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
There is a 1st floor and 32nd floor common room, encompassing study space, pool table, table tennis, a cinema, meeting rooms, TV Room and a Karaoke room.

Gym
There is a gym available at Bridgewater Heights, a 1 minute walk away from Artisan Heights.

Laundry facilities
Laundry room situated on the 1st Floor. Machines are operated through the Circuit Laundry App.

Parking
There are no parking spaces available at Artisan Heights.

Bike storage
There is underground bike storage with space for 153 bicycles.

Recycling
Dedicated recycling bins in the large refuse store.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is at the building entrance.
