Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key and key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a TV, sofas, table tennis, and a study room with a whiteboard. You'll also have access to printing and a vending machine.

Study space
A study room is available in the communal area on the ground floor of A Block.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is next to reception. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is a courtyard space with benches and tables.

Parking
Car parking spaces are available and are subject to additional charges, speak to reception to find out more.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Kincardine Court. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Kincardine Court.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 11am. Your fire assembly point is located across the road from the entrance of the building.
