Make yourself at home

Set in a spacious locale, Kincardine Court is just a 4 minute walk from the University of Manchester and not much further to MMU and so is ideal for students studying at either university. The local shops and amenities are not far at all, you can reach everything in just under ten minutes and being in a student area, socialising is easy and parks are dotted around for leisure.

Reception
Our friendly reception will be open 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
Common Room
The common room includes TV, sofas, table tennis, two study rooms and whiteboard. Free printing and a vending machine also included.
Laundry Facilities
The laundry room is next to reception. Machines are operated through the MyUnite app.
Outside Space
There is a courtyard space with benches and tables.
Parking
40 spaces are available. Charges will apply.
Bike Storage
Bike storage is available at Kincardine Court – if you are planning on bringing your bike then please remember to bring your own bike lock.
Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Kincardine Court.
Fire Test Day
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday between 10:30am - 11am. Your fire assembly point is located on Kincardine Road. 
Key Type
You will receive a key and key card on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.
Emergencies
Our Emergency Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call 0300 303 1611 for assistance.
 

Information for check-in day at Kincardine Court

Where do I collect my key? 

You will need to go to Reception to check-in. Once you have checked in you will receive your key in the form of a key and key card.

Where can I park and unload my car? 

Car parking will be available within our secure gates at the back of Kincardine Court for up to 2 hours.

When can I move in?

You can move in at any point between the start of your tenancy and up to four weeks later. Got an Android or iOS phone? Tell us when you plan to arrive in the free MyUnite app.
Download the app, select Check-in day from the main menu, and choose your preferred date and time. Not sure when your tenancy starts? Your start date is displayed in the app as you go through this process.
Need to change your arrival date or time? Just go back to the app and edit your choices. And don't worry if you get delayed on moving day, we’ll get you settled whenever you arrive.
