Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a study area, TV with laptop connection, USB sockets in walls, a pool table, vending machines and free printing. There's also a gym (open 8am – 8pm).

Study space
There is a small study area in the common room.

Gym
An on-site gym is open daily from 8am - 8pm.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located Block A. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

Outside space
There is a small seating area outside.

Parking
Externally managed car parking is available through Justpark.com.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Piccadilly Point. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Piccadilly Point.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located across the road, opposite the main entrance.
