Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You'll be met at reception, where you will be guided to either Phase 1 or 2 dependant on your flat and room number. Here you will receive your key and fob. You can use this to access your block, flat, room and communal areas along with car park access (if you have been granted a space).

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
The reception is located on the corner of Grange Road by the car and pedestrian gates.

Common area
Located behind J Block on Phase 1 in a seperate building, the common room includes a TV, large sofas, pool table, cinema room, study room and plenty of space to relax in.

Study space
The study space is located within the common room.

Laundry facilities
There is a laundry room located next to the F Block, on Phase 1. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Parking
There are 26 spaces on Phase 1 and 20 Spaces on Phase 2 at the property. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and are chargeable. You can access the car park using your Unite keycard. Please speak to a property team member to book your space.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available throughout Phase 1 grounds and there is a bike store on Phase 2 next to the bin stores. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are provided. Bin stores are located in the car park on both phases.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located on the corner of Grange Road.
