Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and can stop to unload belongings for 10 minutes. You will need to move your car off the site after unloading.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
Parade Green has several common room areas for games, study and relaxing.

Study space
There are numerous study spaces, including individual private study rooms, communal spaces and silent study areas.

Gym
There is a fully equipped gym on-site.

Laundry facilities
Laundry facilities are provided. You'll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There are several outdoor areas at Parade Green.

Parking
There's no parking available on site, apart from a few disabled spaces. Due to planning conditions, we can't allow any cars or motorbikes on site and always recommend using public transport as an alternative. If you do need to park, we recommend researching local car parks in the area ahead of your visit.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Parade Green. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Parade Green. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 12.30pm. Your fire assembly points are located in the north courtyard for blocks A to G, and the south courtyard for blocks H to N.
