Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a pool table, table tennis, a TV, study area, and foosball.

Study space
There is a small study area in the common room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in Block 2. Machines are operated though the Circuit Laundry App.

Outside space
There is a courtyard space with benches.

Parking
There is no parking available at Parkway Gate.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Parkway Gate. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Parkway Gate.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 11am. Your fire assembly point is located on Chester Street.
