Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival atreception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There are a number of relaxation zones in different areas of the building. The main common room on the 19th floor includes a games area with table tennis, pool and foosball, plus a chillout space with bean bags, sofas and TV with fantastic 360 degree views of the city. There are vending machines in the common room and the study room.

Study space
There is a study room located on the ground floor of Block B with ethernet ports and desks with plugs for USB charging.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the ground floor of Block B, next to the study room. Machines are operated through the Circuit Laundry App.

Outside space
There is a seating area outside reception.

Parking
There is no parking available at Greetham Street.

Bike storage
The bike store is located on the side of the building. To get access, please ask a member of staff at reception. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Greetham Street.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 10.30am. Your fire assembly point is located at St. Luke’s Church.
