Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is no on-site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is on the ground level and has foosball, vending machines and a TV.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is connected to the common room. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a seating area with benches outside.

Parking
There is no parking available at Raglan House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Raglan House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. Bike racks can be found outside block B and C.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Raglan House. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish. The bin store can be found outside of the office in the courtyard area.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Friday at 12pm. Your fire assembly point is located on the grass area in the car park.
