Information for check-in day

Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key and door fob on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room, post box and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

There is a small study small available in the common area.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on-site. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.

There is a courtyard space with benches.

Parking
There is no parking available at Leadmill Point.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Leadmill Point. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock. There are bike racks outside each block.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Leadmill Point.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 10am. Your fire assembly point is located in the courtyard.
