Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception, or if you are in Blocks C or D you can collect from the back of the building.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's no on site parking available for check-in but you can unload belongings for 10 minutes. If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at Park BEE 24/7 car-park and another independent car-parks just around the corner from us on Renshaw Street.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is spacious and relaxing with a TV area, study room, pool table and table tennis.


Study space
Two large study areas are available at St Luke's View.


Laundry facilities
There is an on-site laundry room available for you to use. Machines are operated through the Circuit Plus app.


Outside space
St Luke's View has a great communal outdoor area, giving you the option to relax and catch up with your friends.

Parking
There is no parking available at St Luke's View. There is a secure multi-story car park on Heathfield Street with weekly passes available.


Bike storage
Bike storage is available at St Luke's View. If you are planning to bring your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.


Recycling
Separate recycling and bottle bins are available at the property.


Fire test time
Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 11.21am and your fire assembly point is located at the courtyard opposite building, outside Osqa (venue).
