Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at reception, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room includes a TV, PS4, and open lounge area and is located on the lower levels of Block C and D. You'll also find a seperate study room, and a cinema room.

Study space
There is a private study area within the common room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in Block A. Machines are operated through the Circuit Laundry Plus App.

Outside space
There is decking along the river at Thurso Street.

Parking
There is limited parking with a weekly fee.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Thurso Street in a private and secure bike store to the rear of the car park, which is accessible with a personal key. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Glass and mixed dry recycling bins are available. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish. We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation points and food banks. Look out for these in our common room and reception.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located on the pavement opposite reception.
