There is a spacious and bright common area at Tramworks with a TV and table tennis, which can be accessed via reception or through our private car park. There is also a separate lounge area located on the fifth floor, plus four study rooms.
There are study rooms available on the 5th, 4th, 3rd & 1st floor.
The gym is open 24/7 to residents of Tramworks only, and is situated next to our main entrance and reception.
There are two laundry rooms. One located on the ground floor and one on the 5th floor. Machines are operated through the MyUnite app.
There is a communal courtyard space outside the building.
There are spaces available on a first come, first served basis priced at £15 per week. There is also pay and display parking available on Kelvinhaugh Street.
Bike storage is available at Tramworks in the car park. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.
Recycling facilities are available at Tramworks. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish. We also have British Heart Foundation charity donation points and food banks. Look out for these in our common room and reception.
Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday between 3 - 4pm. Your fire assembly point is located across the street from Main Entrance.
