Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes. If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at College Street, SO14 3DZ.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
Located directly opposite the office, the common room has a TV, Xbox, PlayStation, pool table and study area.


Study space
The study space can be found in the common room - it has booths and TVs.


Laundry facilities
The laundry room is accessible via the courtyard and is operated via the Circuit app or by card.


Outside space
There is an outside space with seating and a smoking shelter.

Parking
There is a car park with 8 student spaces. Please visit your reception team for more information on this.


Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Westhill Hall. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.


Recycling
General waste, mixed waste and food waste recycling bins are provided at Westhill Hall.


Fire test time and meeting point
Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 3pm and your fire assembly point is located at the space opposite the front entrance of the property.
