Eligible customers who book a room with Unite Students at the properties noted below at clause 3 between 4 August 2025 and 30 September 2025 (the “Booking Period”) for the 2025/26 academic year (the “Relevant Academic Year”) will (subject to these Terms and Conditions) be entitled to a credit of up to £500.
What’s the offer?

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, new and existing customers who book a room with Unite Students in the properties listed at paragraph 3 below for a minimum 39-week tenancy for the Relevant Academic Year be entitled to a credit of up to £500 (the “Offer”).

1.    Unite Students and UniKitOut are teaming up to run a prize draw to celebrate the start of the 2025/26 academic year (the ‘Giveaway’). 

2.    You will be able to enter the Giveaway from its launch at 12:00 BST on 22 July 2025 until its close at 23:59 BST on 5 August 2025 (the ‘Giveaway Entry Period’).

Eligible customers who book a room with Unite Students at the properties noted below (in Appendix 1) between 2 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, or for specific properties where the offer is available for a shorter period within this date range (as stated in Appendix 1),  (the “Booking Period”) for the 2025/26 academic year (the “Relevant Academic Year”) will (subject to these Terms and Conditions) be entitled to a Tech Lifestyle e-Voucher (specific to each listed property and specified in Appendix 1).

Unite Students is running a prize draw for those who complete the accommodation survey sent by Unite Students (the ‘Giveaway’). 

What’s the prize draw?

1. Unite Students is running a prize draw to promote short-term summer stays (the ‘Giveaway’). 
2. You will be able to enter the Giveaway from its launch at 10:00 BST on 19 May 2025 until its close at 23:59 BST on 02 June 2025 (the ‘Giveaway Entry Period’).
