- Submit your guarantor details - they must be over 25 and could be liable for rent in a debt situation.

- Choose an instalment plan that works for you –either one, three, or seven payments.

Please note, our accommodations are single occupancy rooms only – so there’s no sharing.
You get:
- 7 Day Cooling-Off Period – if you change your mind about your Bournemouth student accommodation, you can cancel your booking within seven days of receiving your booking confirmation.
- No Place, No Pay – you may be eligible to cancel your agreement at no cost if your offer is withdrawn or you choose a different university. This is applicable to first-year undergraduate students only.

When you make your booking, you can pay in full or multiple instalments. All Unite Student properties are available with bills included, so you won’t have to worry about any unexpected additional costs.
All renters are required to have a guarantor. This is someone over 25-years-old – such as a parent or carer – who can guarantee payments will be maintained if you’re unable to pay your rent on time.
While a deposit isn’t needed, an advance rent payment may be required. This is a fraction of the full-year amount, and we’ll put this towards your first rent instalment.
