The Bakery – this riverside spot is just a 10-minute walk from the centre. The Bakery sits on the picturesque River Taff, and is the ideal place if you want to stay connected.
Ty Pont Haearn – a lively community of over 600 students. It’s in a great location for those attending Cardiff Uni and the University of South Wales.
Adam Street Gardens – a less-than 20-minute walk from the city centre. Not too lively, not too far away – the best of both worlds.
Blackweir
Besides the city centre, Blackweir is one of the most popular places for Cardiff students. Perhaps most known for its outdoor festival, Blackweir Live, the area is well-connected to the centre, while offering plenty of green spaces to explore. You’ll also find plenty of shops, supermarkets and gyms to keep you happy!

We don’t take deposits, but advance rent may be required. This is a small part of the full-year amount, and we put this towards your first rent instalment.
You may need a guarantor for your student accommodation in Cardiff. This must be someone over 25 who can make payments if you’re unable to pay rent on time – for example, a parent or legal guardian.
