To book your accommodation:

- Get in touch to arrange a viewing if you want to see it in person – or view it virtually with a 360 tour on the accommodation page.
- Choose your tenancy length – stay the whole year, the academic year, or for a shorter period like a semester.
- Enter your name, DoB, country of residence, contact details, university of study and course.
- Enter your guarantor details - they must be over 25 and could be liable for rent in a debt situation.
- Enter your payment details, choose Direct Debit for ease so you don’t need to worry about getting behind on rent or pay by credit card or UnionPay.
- Choose an instalment plan of 1, 3 or 7 payments.
To be eligible for booking student accommodation in Leeds, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Be a student in education
All of our accommodation offers single occupancy rooms only – no sharing.
You get:
- 7-Day Cooling-Off-Period – if you change your mind and/or need to withdraw from your tenancy agreement, you needn’t worry. You can cancel up to seven days after you’ve received your booking confirmation.
- No Place, No Pay – if you didn’t meet the entry requirements and can’t get your place or exceed your predicted grades and want to change to a different Uni, you may be able to withdraw from the tenancy agreement.

Ways to pay
We have a variety of payment methods and payment timelines so that you can effectively manage your Leeds student accommodation with your student budget. You can pay the rent in full, or in three or seven instalments.
Our accommodation includes all bills, leaving no additional costs or hassle of separate bill payments.

Although a deposit isn’t needed, you may be required to give advance rent - a piece of the full-year amount which will be discounted off the full price when you pay.
Please note that you’ll need a guarantor to book with us. A guarantor is a person (ideally family/guardian) who can ensure that the rent is paid in full if you’re unable to pay for any reason.

When should I book student accommodation in Leeds?
Student accommodation in Leeds can be booked from the first week in November for the next academic year, which begins the following September. Leeds is a popular city, and student halls in Leeds sell out quickly. It’s a good idea to get your application in sooner rather than later to get the hall or apartment that suits you best.

If you are unable to get a university offer and need to go through clearing, you may still be able to find accommodation available with us in Leeds. If there isn’t any available, join the waiting list in case others drop out.

Student accommodation in Leeds varies a lot. Budget lettings further away from the city centre (areas such as Headingley and Burley Park) are more affordable, while more high-end offerings a stone’s throw from the universities (Hyde Park and the City Centre) tend to be more expensive. Prices can range from £100 per week in large student flat shares up to £300 per week for large and luxurious studios.

The majority of student areas are located around the edge of the city centre near Leeds Beckett University, Woodhouse and Hyde Park. These areas offer great access to both universities and the city centre. We have several properties in this area, allowing you to live comfortably in the best area in Leeds. Some other popular student areas include Burley Park, Headingley and Leeds Docks due to their affordability and proximity to the universities and city centre.
